What Barcam does
Barcam is the group’s construction and delivery arm, building the group’s residential, mixed-use and student accommodation projects on a fixed-price design and construct basis. Barcam works with the group’s project managers and design consultants from early contractor involvement through to practical completion, and manages trades, staging, quality and site safety. Its current workload includes the Pulteney House student accommodation tower in Adelaide.
