What Baracon Management does
Baracon Management is the group’s development advisory and project management business. It advises owners and financiers on feasibility, procurement and delivery strategy, and manages projects on the client side — running design teams, tendering, programmes, cost control, superintendency and handover. It works across residential, hospitality, commercial, retail and student accommodation, and acts for the group’s own projects as well as external owners and financiers — more than $9 billion of projects advised on to date. Recent work includes base building and landlord works at 299 Bourke Street, Melbourne, and the Como Centre refurbishment.
